Mr. Daniel Gyimah, born on 5th October, 1967 and hails from Effiduase-Dadease in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, is the owner of  Crescent Farms. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business.

Crescent Farms is located at Awutu Papase No.2 near Kasoa in the Awutu Senya District in the Central Region of Ghana. The business is into Agro-processing in the Food and Beverages Sector producing fruit juices under the brand name, CrescentJuice. Crescentjuice is 100% natural with no added sugar, no additives, and no preservatives.

Mr. Daniel Gyimah is a holder of an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Don Bosco University, India, (2016)and a BSC degree in Agriculture from the University of Ghana, Legon (1996).

He has over twenty-five years of practical experience in the production and export of horticultural farm produce, especially pineapple, papaya, passion fruits, and pumpkins. He has been trained in Global GAP, and HACCP. Pesticide Management, Export Management, FruitJuice Processing and Food Safety issues among others.

Before establishing CrescentFarms, he worked and held several key management positions in companies such as Unifruit Limited, Yadco Ghana Limited, Plantation Resources Limited, Combined Farmers Limited, and Amex International Incorporated under USAID.

He is married with four children (ages from 21 to 27).
