B-AYNI GHANA LTD. (B-AYNI) is a private limited liability company registered by the Registrar of Companies of the Republic of Ghana. B-AYNI is a sister company of MENAYE SERVICES INC. (MENSERV) of Canada, and purchases, produces and exports, specifically, Pure Raw Unrefined Organic Shea Butter and Authentic Natural African Black Soap, to MENSERV customers that utilise Shea Butter and African Black Soap in their products
directly, or as a raw product, globally.

B-AYNI is headquartered at C54/21 2nd Ashiakle Link, Abelemkpe, Accra, and with production and packaging facilities for Pure Raw Unrefined Shea Butter and Authentic Natural African Black Soap at Piisi, Wa, Upper West Region and Atwima Kwanwoma, Ashanti Region respectively.

The management of B-AYNI are of Ghanaian citizenry and is headed by Prince Owusu-Yeboah (CEO), Shadrach Yankey (Operations and Quality Control Manager) and Eunice Nana Yaa Gyamfuah (P. A. to CEO and Shipping Coordinator).
