ELIVED Consult provides consultancy services on Food Safety and Quality Management Systems to the Food Industries. Our aim is to help small and medium sized companies to develop effective QMS using current standards to enable them to grow their businesses and compete on product safety and quality with the big players. The consultants aligned to ELIVED CONSULT have vast experience in managing quality to the highest international standard and have worked in several industries of different sizes both in Ghana and abroad: including the Food, Pharmaceutical and Medical industries.
The Managing Consultant of ELIVED CONSULT, Mr Elijah Dwirah, has over 17years experience working as a Food Safety and Quality professional in both UK and Ghana within the Food, Pharmaceutical and Medical industries. He has established and maintained quality management systems for different organisations such as KCC Basildon, The Binding Site, McCormick, AB Mauri and Mum's Bread. Elijah has also worked with other multinational companies including Kraft Foods and Mondelez all in the UK. He completed his career in the UK as Quality Manager at Winterbothamdaby.
Elijah has BSc and MSc qualifications in Biochemistry and Food Technology from KNUST in Ghana and Reading University in the UK respectively. He is very experienced in planning and executing internal and supplier audits to improve management systems. Elijah is a qualified lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 management systems and has achieved level 4 status in Advanced HACCP from Campden BRI. He is currently a member of IRCA (CQI).
