Frankatson Limited was born twenty six (26) years ago by an astute Entrepreneur The late Dr Francis Boakye, a veterinarian by profession. The shareholders carefully selected two international veterinary pharmaceutical companies to start with namely FRANKLIN PHARMACEUTICALS AND HIPRA PHARMACEUTICALS OF SPAIN. Established as a veterinary pharmaceuticals, biologicals, livestock and poultry equipment distributor in ACCRA-GHANA.

Frankatson Ltd started business in Accra specifically with only five range of products from Franklin pharmaceuticals and four range of products from HIPRA –Spain. These range of products helped the company to capture the Ghanaian market.

Additionally, the performance of these products also helped developed the Ghanaian market and the West Africa market with new ranges of products from fifteen new international suppliers. These achievements makes Frankatson a one-stop shop for veterinary drugs, chemicals, day old chicks supply, livestock equipment, feed additives, agro-chemicals and technical services.

We organize poultry and livestock seminars to educate and build capacity of our customers. We partner government and private organizations to support agricultural projects in Ghana eg. Farmers day programs and educational institutions ( faculty of applied sciences- vet school legon ).
