GAWAN FASHION
Gawan Fashion is an established fashion business in Ghana. It has been in existence for over a decade. Our business model is based on creativity, quality delivery and customer relations in Ghana's rapidly emerging fashion industry. Due to the company's decision to serve varying customer needs and still deliver quality within time, we have expanded our workforce and machinery to meet demand and expectations of our target market. The founder is Yakubu Gawan who also serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). His journey in fashion began on 28th May, 1998 as an apprentice. Gawan Fashion was eventually established in 2006. The young CEO has led the company into being a well-established member of Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI). He has also represented his company on various international business networking platforms as well as conferences, business festivals and exhibitions. He aims to expand and diversify the company’s activities, in order to accomplish greater successes.

Our mission is to build permanent relationship with our clients and customers by pursuing business through creativity, innovation and skill development and to deliver authentic and high value clothing line products for customers of all ages.
We attached professionalism and creativity in manufacturing embroidery, hand work, “joromi” and fabric combinations that attract the eye of the clients.

COMPANY STRATEGY
By offering something special or unique through our fashion brand, consumers may be more inclined to purchase your product over a competitor's. This could be achieved by producing clothes made out of a new type of fabric, sewing our clothing in a special way or using creative new graphics or sayings on our clothing. Our advertising strategy also includes working with broadcast media organizations, to provide clothing for television presenters which in effect sells our brand locally and internationally.
SCOPE OF OUR WORK
Gawan Fashion conducts skills training. We also as well as export our clothing. The company undertakes contractual uniform clothing, designing for various organizations including schools.
PRODUCT QUALITY
Our clothing line has both local and international recognition and approval. The health and safety of our staff is of paramount interest to the management of the company. We bear in mind good environmental practices to ensure that our customers receive products of best quality.
FACILITIES
The company operate from its own well-furnished workplace with innovative sewing logistics for better performance of administrative duties.
EXPERIENCE
The company has put in place advertising strategy to help promote the products of the company. We give out souvenirs such as branded key holders and openers to encourage sales. The company charges very small mark up on total cost of production which may be subject to discount based on either on the period of payment or quantity purchased or both.
