Isaac Sackey is a Human Resource, Training & Development, Change Leadership and Organisation Development Practitioner and has over twenty-five years of experience and the Chief Executive Officer of Learning Organisation Company Limited.
Isaac is currently a Member of the National Governing Council of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana and a Council Member of Ghana Employers’ Association.
Isaac is a Certified Assessment Centre Facilitator, ISO Lead Assessor, Business Process R-engineering, Hay Job Evaluator and Miller Heiman Group/Achieve Global Facilitator in Leadership Skills, Customer Service, Sales & Quality Management. He is also a specialist in Performance Management and Recruitment & Selection Process using ICS (Identifying Criteria for Success), Job Match, Belbin Team Role and Strength Deployment Inventory. He is a Certified Instructor in Professional Selling Skills and Customer Service Excellence and affiliated to so many reputable institutions.
Isaac held Senior Management positions with DHL International in Nigeria, Kenya, Malawi, Uganda and South Africa as Training Manager, Area Human Resources Manager for East Africa, Area Human Resources Manager for Equatorial Africa, Strategic Development Manager, Country Operations Manager for Kenya, Country Manager Malawi & Uganda, Area Human Resources Manager for Anglophone Africa and Talent Development Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa based in South Africa.
Isaac is a product of the Cornell University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, Ashridge Management College and University of Cape Coast and holds Masters in Organisation Development and Post-Graduate in Human Resources, Change Leadership, General Management and Organisation Development.
