WHAT IS PROBIOTIC YOGHURT DRINK

Probiotic yoghurt drink produced by the bacterial fermentation of milk. Yoghurt is a mixture of milk fermented by the action of added bacteria culture. Yoghurt is very rich in nutrient content and thus very healthy for consumption. Some of the nutrients contains in this drink includes protein, calcium, phosphorus, selenium, vitamin b6 and b12 etc

The high mineral content majorly calcium, phosphorus and selenium help with building strong bones and teeth.

The moderate protein content is perfect for body building

The bacterial content helps in digestion and keeping the intestinal tract healthy

Low fat protein can be used as a good food supplement for those seeking weight losses.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

PASSION YOGHURT LIMITED is a consumer venture that provides fresh probiotic yoghurt of varying flavors to its target groups (individuals, churches, schools, event organizers etc.) in recent times wherein everybody is keen of health implications of what they consume; Passion Yoghurt seeks to provide the best of quality while improving the health of consumers.

Our vision is to become the preferred brand on the mind of people when it comes to fresh probiotic yoghurt by providing a combination of tasty and healthier products that meets all age groups.
Passion Yoghurt Limited was started and managed by three experienced and visionary entreprenuers namely; Mr. Redeemer McCarthy, Mr Sackiteh Haison Tetteh and Miss Solace Afua Frempong. Its first sales on 14 June 2017 were orders made by an event manager and some residents in nugua-accra with a starting capital of GH¢1000
Currently, the company is fully registered under the Registrar General Department Food and Drugs Authority (FDA)
Our goal is to become the top 3 yoghurt company in Ghana, we are willing to go the extra mile to invest in some of the finest professionals we can find and also to acquire the best of equipment when it comes to setting up a standard yogurt plant. When it comes to hygiene, we have put plans, process and structures in place for good hygienic environment.

No doubt the demand for yoghurts is not going to plummet any time soon, which is why we have put plans in place to continue to explore all available market around the cities where our yogurt stores are going to be located and ensure that we create a wide range of distribution channels via franchising. With that, we know that we will be able to maximize profits in our business.

There is hardly any customer that will taste any of our products who would not want to come back and make more purchase – we take delight in welcoming repeated customers over and over again.
