Strategic Business Process Solutions under the companies’ code 1963(Act 179) is an emerging HR organization in the Human Resource Industry of Ghana.
SBP solutions is an HR service provider, non-political in management, staffing and operations with the aim to have presence in other regions in Ghana.
We are strategically poised to cater for the HR needs of businesses across most sectors in Ghana and West Africa Sub-Region.
We also develop HR solutions to ensure that all business requirements are met within budget restraints and time schedules without compromising on quality of service. Outsourcing Staff: we have a special scheme which furnishes our clients with all categories of staff who will work permanently for our client and yet remain on our payroll. This scheme allows u to relieve our clients of the administrative burden of managing staff. SBP handles all the personal related functions associated with the staff, including recruitment, contracting, payments of salaries and attendance management responsibilities.
