Moses Atobrah

Moses Atobrah is an Entrepreneur and is behind like DEBBIES, DEBBITONE and AFRICAN HERBAL. He has built these African brands solidly in West Africa, China, The UAE (GCC) and USA and continues to promote these brands in these markets.

Moses is a Shareholder of Oxygen Capital Group Ltd, a company positioned as a Local Content Partner for foreign business entities like Healthshare South Africa, Pyro Capital UK amongst others, and have pursued several business interests in Ghana on behalf of these entities. Oxygen Capital Group has a strong passion in Sports Infrastructure Development and has built new projects amd renovated sone old parks and this includes the renovation of the Ga Traditional Council Durbar Grounds, Gbawe Astroturf and other Parks at Agona Nyakrom, Bodwease, Kwabenya, Wesley Grammar etc.

In his early carrier days, Moses worked with Millicom Ghana ltd. (TIGO) and The Non-Fuel Retail Division of SHELL Ghana.

Moses acquired a strong passion for manufacturing and brand building from his work experiences as a Sales Manager of Soft Sheen Carson, Manufacturers of Dark & Lovely, where he worked for 9 years.

He later worked with Merchant Bank for 5 years as Head of Retail Assets (Loans) and with the Oil & Gas Team of the Corporate Division of the Bank. His accomplishments with the Bank were remarkable as he secured auto loan deals with the Ministry of Education, introduced innovative products, including the MERBAN PAYDAY LOAN which won the bank Innovative Product of the Year 2006. 

Moses later worked with Star Assurance as Head of Marketing between 2008 and 2012, during which the Company won twice the CIMG Insurance Company of the Year and also helped in growing the Company from the 5th position in the industry to the 2nd. Moses consulted for companies such as Oxygen Capital and Pyro Capital of the U.K. and Healthshare of South Africa.

Moses is also into farming. As a Christian, Moses has taken a Masters in Ministry Course at the Trinity Theological Seminary and has written and recorded 56 songs out of which 3 albums were released. Moses composed anthems for Merchant Bank, Ghana Business School and other jingles.

He serves as a Council Member of the OSU I.C.G.C. (Restoration Temple) and also as a council Member of the Ghana Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He holds an MBA from the University of Ghana Business School.
