Management Profile

Solomon Owusu is the Chief Executive Officer of Sow Property Consult Ltd. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and management executive.  He holds a Bsc Land Economy degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He also holds a Masters degree in International Management from the University of Liverpool and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Housing and Transport Management from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam-Holland. He is a product of Prempeh College. Mr. Owusu’s previous experience includes working as the Development Control Officer at the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly. He also worked with Regalon Estates as an administrator and manager and with Procredit as a credit officer. Mr. Owusu founded SPCL in 2008 to take advantage of an apparent gap in the supply chain market.

Rebecca A. Turkson - Director and Human Resource Manager.   Rebecca is a director of Sow Property Consult Ltd. She also doubles as the Human Resource Manager. Ms. Turkson is a consummate salesperson. She worked with Mechanical Llyod in Ghana as a salesperson and also as an Assistant Sales Manager with Social Security and National Insurance Trust, Ghana.

Mr. Andrews Appiah-Danquah: - Operations Manage and also a Director. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, an LLB (Hons) from the University of Ghana and a Qualified Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2008.He is a product of Achimota School.

Andrew worked as a junior associate with Bentsi Enchill, Letsa and Ankomah and as an in-house counsel at SG-SSB Ltd and Expresso Telecommunications Ltd. Andrew has considerable experience in Commercial Law, Corporate Finance Law and Mergers and Acquisitions. He was also in charge of compliance and regulatory matters at Expresso and was Expresso’s representative to the Telecoms Chamber. Andrew is currently the Operations Manager at Sow Property Consult Limited.

Mr. Alfred N.A. Mensah: - Legal Affairs Manager and also a Director. Alfred holds a first degree in English and an LLB from the University of Ghana, Legon. He was called to Bar in 2008. He started his career with Koi Larbi and Co. He also worked with Fosu-Gyeabour & Co where his major focus was on litigation. Alfred is now the Legal Affairs Manager of Sow Property Consult Limited in Ghana. He is a product of Achimota School.

Mr Kwadwo B. Nketiah – Finance Manager. Kwadwo is a professional accountant with dual membership with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICA). His area of expertise includes financial controls, accounting procedures and risk management. At Sow Property Consult he has developed tools aimed at improving performance in the areas of forecasting and internal control systems monitoring.  A product of Konongo Odumasi School.

Mr Ebenezer Turkson – Head of Transport and Technical Department.  Ebenezer holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Ebenezer started his career as a Mechanical Officer with Mechanical Llyod and by dint of his hard work and dedication he rose through the ranks to become the Operations Manager. In this role, he won the company’s best Portfolio Manager’s award. He later joined STC as Deputy Manager in charge of Vehicle Valuation and Maintenance .Eben joined Sow Property Consult as the Operations Manager in charge of Vehicles in 2014.He is a product of Prempeh College.

Dr. Akwasi Acheampong-Afrifa As a consultant on our Land Surveying, Mapping and related services,Dr Akwasi Acheampong Afrifa has been associated with Sow Property Consult for the past 8years.He lectures at the Department of Geodetic Engineering, KNUST and is a product of Prempeh College.

Dr. George Nwoza Adiah Also a consultant of Sow Property Consult for the past six years, he lectures economics at the Ghana Institute of Management and Professional Studies, GIMPA and is in charge of the financial feasibility and Valuation of Sow Projects. He is a product of Adisadel College.

REGISTRATION WITH STATUTORY INSTITUTIONS.

Sow Property is duly registered with the following State Institutions:

• Petroleum Commission as a logistics and automobile company
• Minerals Commission for haulage.

This mandates the company to do business with all the petroleum upstream companies as well as all the mining companies in Ghana.

TRAINING SCHOOL

Sow Property Consult Limited has a training school that trains hundreds of Ghanaians in driving and also safety.
