Africa Integrated Development and Communications Consultancies (AIDEC) as a group of companies were incorporated in 2004 as a Limited Liability Company. AIDEC Supplies Ltd is a registered member of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GNCCI). AIDEC Supplies Ltd deals in Supermarket operations, Retail trading in Groceries (Food & Beverages), Household items and Distribution of South African Wines. AIDEC Supplies Ltd together with its sister companies provide quality services in Consulting, Petroleum Retail, Simultaneous Translation and Interpretation of Local and International Conferences. The group have successfully created a one-stop shop for services, providing innovative, quality and efficient services to address the particular needs of our numerous customers in the East Legon area and its environs. The business is modeled using ICT as a tool for doing business and networking of businesses for their mutual growth and expansion. The AIDEC Group of Companies is made up of; AIDEC Holdings Ltd as the parent company with two subsidiaries; AIDEC Consultancies International Ltd and AIDEC Supplies Ltd.
The objects of the company is to link existing businesses, promote trade and businesses across Africa through integrated processes and the effective use of ICT as a tool for doing business. The Company has eleven shareholders of various professional backgrounds with a five-member Board of Directors who gives strategic and policy direction to management.
