Primus Auto Limited is a subsidiary of Primus Group. The subsidiary was incorporated under the Companies Act 1963(Act 179)on the 1^st November 2017 and it's the representative of Sampiyon Filter Corporation in West Africa.

Primus Auto have branches in the two major regions of Ghana, namely Greater Accra and Ashanti Region. Plans underway in opening branches in Western and Volta Regions. The company is responsible for importation, distribution and marketing of Sampiyon filters in the West African market. The major clientele comprises Bulk User (operators of large fleets), Mechanic Shops, Retailers and Non-auto Users such as manufacturing companies. The company is also distributors of GS Caltex Oil, Kixx Oil, Sea Horse oil, and Primus Oil in the West African market.

Primus Auto Limited also markets and distribute auto batteries, auto tyres and heavy duty auto parts. Sampiyon Filter Corporation (www.sampiyonfilter.com.tr) produces high quality air filters, oil filters, fuel filter, industrial and hydraulic filters in Turkey.

Management Profile

The day-to-day management of Primus Industries will be assigned to a Six-member management team headed by a Managing Director. Other members are General Manager, Operations Manager, Product and Customer Service Manager, Finance and Administration Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager.

Mr. Richard OWUSU-ANSAH is the Managing Director of the company. He specialized in Accounting and Marketing. Mr. Owusu-Ansah has been in the Auto Industry for over Twenty (20) years. He has established bilateral relations between the Turkish and the Ghanaian Business Industry with the introduction and marketing of flagship products like vehicle and industrial lubricants, filters, batteries and many more. His marketing adroitness is unparalleled coupled with his international dexterity makes him a force to reckon with.

Gottfried ODURO-ABROKWAH is the company’s consultant with enormous experience in Economics and Accounting. He holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Manchester. He obtained ACCA Professional Certificate in South Africa. He has gained 31 years of extensive experience working in areas such as Accounting, Business Analysis and for the last 10 years has concentrated on Private Commodity Business.

Kwabena MARINONI is a business development partner, he holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Houston, Tx. He has over Twenty (20) years’ experience in sales and management and over Four (4) years’ experience in construction management.

Mr. Stephen OWUSU is the General Manager of the company and he ensures that proper books of accounts and accurate accounting records are kept. He is a member of the Association of International Accountants (A.I.A) and holds a Certificate in Accountancy and Economics from the Royal Society of Arts (R.S.A. Stage III).

Kennedy OWUSU-ANSAH, is the Product and Customer Service Manager of the company, He holds a BSc in Tourism. He has over Thirteen (13) years of working experience in a similar field.

Robert KWAKU DARKO is the Operations Manager of the company. He holds Bsc in Marketing, Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing and has over eight (9) years working experience in Marketing and Administration which he has gathered from both the Public and Private sectors in Ghana.

Mr.Job MBA ATUAH is an account officer of the company, who is a Polytechnic graduate. He is a determined up and coming finance manager who has the zeal for creating business, innovation, business policies and also solution oriented.
