Samviver Royale Ventures is a wholly owned Ghanaian Export Institution statutorily registered with the Registrar Generals Department (The statutory body which oversees the registrations of companies in Ghana) under the registration of Business Act’ 1962 (No.151). The company is also a registered company with the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA) .

Also Samviver Royal Ventures is registered with the Plant Protection and Regulatory Services Directorate (PPRSD) and a member of the Ghana Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of the Vegetable Producers and Exporters Association Ghana.(VEPEAG).
